What materials/medium do you use?

I mostly paint with Turner Acryl gouache.

 

Do you accept commissions?

I’m a customer from the EU, what about shipping and extra fees?

Sadly, now that the UK has left the EU, customers are now liable to pay VAT.

I’m a tiny business, not VAT registered, which means I can’t be charging VAT and duties during the checkout process. You, the customer, have to pay VAT and custom fees upon delivery. That’s why I invite my EU customers to purchase through my Etsy shop (Etsy collects VAT at the checkout) if they prefer.

Do you ship worldwide? Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes I ship internationally!

An optional tracking number is available during checkout. With this option selected, you will be required to provide a signature upon delivery of your package. 

A tracking number will automatically be assigned if you buy more than one giclee print. 

 

Can I return my product?

I hope you are really happy with the products you receive! If you are not however, please get in touch immediately.

If the package is damaged, do not accept it and contact me.

If you change your mind about the product and you would like to exchange or be refunded, please be aware that you will have to pay for the return postage.

 

How long does it take for my parcel to arrive?

It depends on where you live. I usually dispatch the orders within 3 working days.

Orders going to the UK are posted First class and are usually delivered within 1/3 days.

International orders can take between 7 to 30 business days to be delivered (depending on the country) but all deliveries will be subject to possible delays due to the current situation.

 

Can I get one of your illustration tattooed? Do you sell tattoo ticket? 

As long as your tattooist is okay with this, go ahead! I don't sell tickets but if you value my art (and the fact you're going to have it tattooed on your skin your entire life!) you can support me by purchasing something from my shop.
