Hello there! My name is Cécile and I am a french illustrator/painter living in a village in Scotland. I am greatly inspired by nature, animals and cosy little homes. When I am not making art, I enjoy going on small adventures to observe the natural world around me: birds collecting the sticks to build a nest, the patient little snail on its journey, pigeons doing all sorts of goofy things. Through my art, I aspire to share these gentle and funny stories.

Imagine a world where animals dance to celebrate the change of each season, bake delicious gingerbread or water their garden. This is the world I dreamt to live in when I was a little girl. I hope that painting these stories brings us a bit of the magic and tenderness that we all need.
